I appreciated the convenient access to the cruise terminal. It simplified boarding a great deal. the luggage service was helpful. It moved bags directly to the ship. the location was perfect for exploring the waterfront area.
The bathroom faucet dripped constantly. This was quite annoying. i found the outdoor hot tub temperature too low. It was barely warm. bellman assistance upon arrival was absent. I had to find my way to reception unaided.

My room included two separate sinks. The hotel took our luggage directly to the ship, a very convenient service. Canada Place and the train station were quite close..
I found the mattress too soft and uncomfortable. The TV remote had no batteries, annoying. I also found an old wrapper in the bathtub left by a previous guest, so housekeeping could be better.
